Position Summary

Work Contents of the Department
Conduct operational internal audits in Japan and Korea

Job Description
•Identifying financial and operational risks; non-compliance to Nestlé guidelines and policies; areas of control weaknesses; and opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate the application of best practices throughout the Group.
•Conducting audits of assigned chapter(s) in a timely manner, highlighting issues and recommendations to assist the existence and effectiveness of internal controls, integrity of information, compliance to Nestlé policies, instructions & guidelines, as well as local laws, and efficient use of company resources & assets.

•To lead and guide a team of 3-4 auditors in conducting the audits, review the work done, prepare the relevant reports to the management and respond to questions from the stakeholders and management.

Required Qualifications, Experiences & Skills

【Required Qualifications】
Education: University or higher level degree
Language: Business level English (writing, reading and speaking) /Business level Japanese (writing, reading and speaking)
Required license: Nothing

【Experiences or Skills (Must Have)】
・Communication Skills - Ability to converse and write reports well in English
・Has high level of curiosity and initiative and able to learn fast
・Ability of impact and convince others

【Experiences or Skills (Nice to Have)】
・Knowledge of finance and/or audit with a professional qualification (CPA/CA/CIA) is preferred. This includes part qualification or studying towards obtaining the qualification.

Strong leadership capabilities

Working Conditions

Annual Income(Gross): Around 7mio to 9mio yen (Pay Basis: Monthly) *It will be determined in consideration of experience and skills.
Bonus: Bonus-Twice a year / Salary increase-Once a year (April) *It will be determined based on work conditions and, individual and company performance.
Allowance: Commuting expenses (paid according to company regulations) etc.
Holidays: Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week (day off: Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Summer / New Year holidays) etc.
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours: 09:00~17:45 (Break 60 min. actual work 07 hours 45 min.) After a certain period Discretionary Working System for Management-Related Work (After a certain period)
Social Insurance: Health Insurance/Employees’ Pension/Unemployment Insurance/Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance
Benefits: Retirement Allowance System, Defined Contribution Pension Plan, Nest-egg Savings (Housing/Pension), Childcare leave, Care Leave, Housing Benefit, Training system etc.
