Drive Nespresso business through B2B channel sales.

• Increase capsule consumption
• Provide after-sales support including machine & coffee training   
Maintain good relationship with customers and find business opportunities to share with sales representatives

【業務内容 / Job Description】
【Purpose】
• Increase capsule consumption
• Provide after-sales support including machine & coffee training / find new business opportunities through building close relationship with customers

【Operational Responsibilities】
1) Regular visit of customers – relationship building with key stakeholders/machine basic maintenance/Nespresso visibility check/introduction new products and service
2) Training – professional machine installation/maintenance
3) Lecturing – new recipe creation/coffee menu proposal/coffee seminar delivering
4) Customer care – trouble shooting both F2F and remotely
5) Project management – events delivery from proposal to impelementation
6) Team management as a leader

【応募資格 / Required Qualifications】
学歴:大学卒以上 
語学力:英語・日本語(ともに要ビジネスレベル)

Education: University degree (or equivalent)
Language: Both English and Japanese (level – business)


【経験・スキル(必須)/ Experiences or Skills (Must Have)】
•Skill in inter-personal co
mmunication
•Recipe/menu creation
•Managing events/projects
•Negotiation/Presentation skill to inspire stakeholders
•Presentation
•Working with stakeholders in hotel/luxury(or premium)brands would be an advantage
•B2C/B2B Sales & Service
•Worked in a similar position for at least 2 years

勤務条件 / Working Conditions

給与:月給制。年収500~700万円程度 *年収は年齢・経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定いたします
賞与:賞与:年2回 昇給:年1回(4月)*勤務状況及び個人と会社業績を考慮の上、決定いたします
手当:通勤交通費(会社規定により支給)、別居手当等
休日:年間休日123日・完全週休二日制 (土、日、祝、夏季・年末年始休暇)、慶弔休暇
有給休暇:初年度10日(入社日に付与)最大20日
就業時間: 09:00~17:45(休憩60分、実働07時間45分)一定期間ののち企画業務型裁量労働
社会保険:健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険
福利厚生:退職金制度・確定拠出年金制度・財形貯蓄(住宅・年金)・財形住宅融資制度・育児休業・介護休業制度・借上社宅制度・リゾート施設(契約保養所)・国内・海外研修制度 等

Annual Income(Gross): Around 5M to 7M yen (Pay Basis: Monthly) *It will be determined in consideration of age, experience and skills.
Bonus: Bonus-Twice a year / Salary increase-Once a year (April) *It will be determined based on work conditions and, individual and company performance.
Allowance: Commuting expenses (paid according to company regulations) etc.
Holidays: Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week (day off: Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Summer / New Year holidays) etc.
Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours: 09:00~17:45 (Break 60 min. actual work 07 hours 45 min.) Discretionary Working System for Management-Related Work (After a certain period)
Social Insurance: Health Insurance/Employees’ Pension/Unemployment Insurance/Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance
