Title: Assistant Manager, Warehouse Management

POSITION SUMMARY

- Plan Factory warehouse operations for all the inbound and outbound deliveries, ensure supply continuity and efficient warehouse utilization & Control Budget & Warehouse Spend                     

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Plan Raw & Pack & Finished goods inbound and outbound deliveries between the factory & overflow warehouses to ensure supply while maintaining the factory warehouse capacity at 85%
• Plan warehouse storage capacity & utilization and determine requirement of overflow warehouses  
• Work with Factory Planning team on detailed delivery schedule from suppliers (delivery window) for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Implement Yard management for optimal utilization of warehouse yard and reduce operations Lead time & eliminate safety risks.
• Budget: Validate overflow warehouses invoices to control spend, improve cost & ensure compliance
• Plan export loading sequence & ownership of export performance.
• Pallet management process ownership including rotation with suppliers                                        

                            
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Preferably resident of 6th of October / Giza
• 0-2 years of experience. Ideal If he/she has experience in warehouse / transportation
• Preferable fields of study sorted as Computer Science / Engineering / IT/ Business
• Strong communication skills is a must – Cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel/ PowerPoint/Power BI) is a plus
