We are looking for:

Junior E&A Engineer
(39 hours per week)

As Junior E&A Engineer you have the following responsibilities:

• troubleshoot and improve existing Automation and MES applications;
• support daily automation topics on the production line, including HMI, PLC and MES;
• support root cause analyses for MES and automation issues;
• identify improvement opportunities on the production line under your responsibility;
• support improvement projects related to MES and Automation;
• maintain and improve Automation and MES documentation.

As Junior E&A Engineer you report to the E&A and Automation Teamleader and are part of the Engineering team at MCO Health in Almere.

What we are looking for in our Junior E&A Engineer?

You want to develop yourself as an Automation and MES Engineer within Nestlé. You enjoy working with colleagues from Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Technology and other departments. You also understand the importance of quality standards and procedures in a production environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial automation or a related field;
• Knowledge of PLC controls and an affinity with network components and MES; knowledge of Wonderware and Rockwell PLCs is an advantage;
• Initial experience through an internship, traineeship or engineering role in machine or equipment construction is an advantage;
• An initiative-taking attitude, an innovative mindset and the willingness to keep learning;
• A trustworthy, service-oriented and collaborative way of working;
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

• A full-time position (39 hours per week);
• The salary for this position ranges between €3.572,00 and €4.650,00 based on a full-time contract, depending on experience, skills and qualifications;
• Bonus 3%; Holiday allowance 8% & 13th month;
• 25 vacation days and 6 additional leave days (based on full-time).
