Operations Excellence Manager

As Operations Excellence Manager, you play a key role in this transformation. You define how we work, how we improve and how we unlock the full potential of our people, processes and performance.
As Operations Excellence Manager, you have the following responsibilities:
- Translate factory priorities into a clear and actionable Operations roadmap;
- Ensure alignment between factory execution and market and zone strategy;
- Embed continuous excellence and frontline ownership into daily operations;
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and deliver measurable value across safety, quality, service and cost;
- Implement structured governance, routines and problem solving;
- Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and strengthen data-driven decision making.
- Deploy TPM 7+4 and ensure capability building aligned to business priorities;
- Enable data-driven decision making through digital tools adoption;
- Run initiatives to improve industrial performance of the factory (examples are nominal speed management and improvement increase, capacity management and improvement)
- Foster a performance-driven culture with strong governance and accountability.
You report to the Factory Manager and are part of the management team at the Almere factory.
What we are looking for:
- bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field;
- strong experience in a manufacturing environment;
- proven track record in continuous improvement (TPM / Lean);
- ability to drive change and influence stakeholders;
- strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach;
- affinity with digital tools and data-driven ways of working.
The job offers more than just a challenge:
- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- The salary for this position ranges between €5.532,- and €6.900,- gross per month based on a full-time contract.
The exact salary placement depends on your knowledge and relevant work experience; - Bonus 8% and 8% holiday allowance;
