Project Coordination Manager, this is your challenge

As an Project Coordination Manager you are the SPOC between Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and the production departments. You ensure that all projects are planned and managed effectively. You coordinate timelines with our stakeholders, ensuring that product registrations and customer requirements for production are known, efficiently moved and completed. In case of deviations from the agreed timelines, you ensure clear communication to all stakeholders and review the timelines together with the client. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

 

  • Managing and coordinating product launches to ensure timely and successful market introduction;
  • Leading packaging development in collaboration with Marketing and the prepress agency, handling approximately 150 SKUs and 220 packaging changes annually across 15 European markets;
  • Proactively cooperating with internal stakeholders—including Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, and Finance teams—to build project timelines and oversee project management;
  • Maintaining clear communication and providing timely alerts at every critical stage of the projects;
  • Evaluating risks related to write-off costs (packaging, finished goods, and semi-finished products) and proposing measures to minimize these costs;
  • Collaborating closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient material flow;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the entire event planning and execution process.

 

As Project Coordination Manager you will report to the Operations & Warehouse Manager. 

 

What we are looking for in our Project Coordination Manager?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in Project Management or Supply chain logistics;
  • Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software;
  • Knowledge of Excel, Globe, SAP, and ERP systems. Experience with Slim4 is a plus.
