QAQC Manager, this is your challenge

MCO Health (part of the Nestlé concern) is a leading player in the field of nutritional supplements and operates in the Netherlands, among others, with the advisory brands Orthica and AOV. MCO is part of the Swiss Nestlé Health Science. MCO has set itself the goal of ensuring optimal human health. As QAQC Manager you are responsible for the optimal execution and coordination of internal and external quality processes, aiming to deliver high-quality products for MCO Health that are safe to use, effective, and compliant with national and international legislation and have the following responsibilities:

• establish QAQC objectives, QAQC budget and analysis program;
• implement and maintain all QA processes;
• implement and maintain all QC processes;
• ensure implementation, application, execution and updating of all applicable certifications within MCO Health;
• direct the work of employees and take care of personnel matters of 6 employees.

As QAQC Manager you report to the Factory Manager and you are part of the Supply Chain Management department of MCO Health.

What we are looking for in our QAQC Manager?

• a true leader who can ensure that the quality mindset within the quality department and the entire production/warehouse is strengthened;
• from your quality role, you are able to connect the various departments;
• knowledge and experience in the food industry, particularly in QAQC processes;
• experience with certifications such as BRC and HACCP;
• knowledge of food legislation.
