We are looking for a:

Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Manager

(fulltime 40 uur per week)

SHE Manager – Your Challenge

As a Safety Health and Environment Manager, you play a key role in shaping and driving Almere Factory Safety & Health (S&H) culture across the value chain. With your expertise and leadership, you contribute to building a safe, compliant, and continuously improving working environment, fully aligned with Nestlé’s zero accidents mindset, NCE practices, and the Nestlé Leadership Framework.

As SHE Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing safety initiatives to keep constant high Safety standards within the factory team;
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards;
• Conducting safety audits and inspections;
• Providing safety training and competences building;
• Investigating and reporting on safety incidents;
• Driving and obtaining relevant SHE certifications;

We expect the following from an SHE Manager:

• 5 years of experience in a safety management role;
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards;
• Excellent organization & communication skills;
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• You are able to work in fast paced environment with a flexible mindset.
• You are strong in communication and convincing, both orally and in writing;
• You are critical both of your own results and those of your colleagues;
• You are goal oriented, organized and reliable in task execution and reporting.

As SHE manager, you report to the Factory manager and are part of the Almere Factory Leadership team.

 What can you expect from us:

• A full-time position (40 hours per week)

• The salary for this position ranges between €5500, - and €6900, - gross per month based on a full-time contract.
  The exact salary placement depends on your knowledge and relevant work experience;
