Customer Engagement Services & Performance Manager (6 months Nestlé contact), this is your challenge
This position is a 6-month position covering the temporary absence of our CES & Performance Manager. Although the CES team sits in Belgium and Netherlands, this temporary role will mainly focus on the Dutch team and is Amstelveen Based.
As a CES & Performance Manager, you will lead and develop our Consumer Engagement Services (CES) team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences across all communication channels. You will ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and consumer trust in Nestlé’s brands and products.
In this role, you are responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling quality and training programs, driving digital transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance within the CES organization. You will play a key role in shaping the future of consumer engagement and ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs.
As CES & Performance Manager you have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the long‑term CES strategy, including annual plans, budgeting, capacity management, and digital transformation.
- Drive automation and system enhancements to reduce manual work and elevate consumer handling quality.
- Build and optimize scalable quality, training, and performance enablement programs across all consumer channels.
- Analyze learning needs and deliver effective training interventions to support a KPI‑driven, high‑performance culture.
- Lead, coach, and empower the CES team while fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Manage internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliant processes and high-quality service delivery.
What we are looking for in our CES & Performance Manager
- 5–7 years of experience in consumer engagement, customer service, digital management, brand management, or webcare.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a digital or marketing-driven environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, and managing change.
- Strong understanding of CRM/helpdesk systems (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage).
- Available 4 to 5 days per week. 3 days per week on site.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
The job offers more than just a challenge:

- A salary range between €5700 and €7000 gross per month depending on your knowledge and experience.
