Nespresso is looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager D2C  

As Acquisition Manager you will own the full E2E digital acquisition journey and are responsible for the acceleration of our D2C new consumer growth. You will be managing best-in-class traffic campaigns, optimizing the website/app journey of new customers including the development of acquisition propositions (incl. subscription models) in our platforms. Your team consists of two performance marketeers and two digital product owners, and you work closely with the brand communications and marketing management team. 

 

Your responsibilities as a Digital Acquisition Manager D2C  

  • Further develop the digital E2E acquisition strategy and align with senior stakeholders both locally and in HQ; 

  • Pro-actively work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization to meet sales target;  

  • Introduce new and innovative digital acquisition methods, both within existing and in new channels (e.g. social commerce). 

 

The experience we hope you’ll bring 

  • Extensive experience in a D2C digital or omnichannel environment; 

  • A compelling track record in digital customer acquisition; 

  • Strong commercial mindset; 

  • Highly experienced with digital performance campaign management; 

  • Strategic stakeholder management skills both internally and externally in omni-channel or digital only organization; 

  • Leadership skills and experience in leading a team of direct reports; 

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.  

 

Furthermore, you’re eager to accelerate our ‘D2C first’ acquisition approach with your experience, knowledge and drive.
