A digital business partner is important to make sure this happens in the best possible way. With a strong passion for digital tools in the areas of MarTech, WebTech and AdTech (websites, cloud solutions, mobile solutions, social media) you work as a business partner at the intersection of marketing and technology, helping the business to realize their goals. You are a driven digital enthusiast who has previously worked in complex digital projects and is ready for a new challenge.
As an IT Digital Partner Benelux, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the digital projects in the market;
- Translate business requests into digital solutions and ability to find creative solutions for complex business problems;
- Support the brands on the usage of Martech and WebTech solutions, API integrations and coordination between agencies, Nestlé global support and Marketing, Sales and eBusiness at all levels;
- Ensure end-to-end security and compliance process of our digital assets such as websites, online campaigns, cloud solutions and social media as per GDPR and Nestlé standards;
- Organize regular knowledge transfer sessions with the different internal stakeholders;
- Manage necessary databases for the delivery of digital services;
- As IT Digital Business Partner you will report to the Digital IT Manager Benelux. You will also work closely with your colleagues in the IT department and various marketing departments.

As IT Digital Partner you are part of the Market IT department. The IT department, together with colleagues in Barcelona, Switzerland and global outsourcing partners, supports the business in the correct and efficient use of available IT resources. This includes the functional support regarding the use and new possibilities of Nestlé's global SAP systems, the IT infrastructure, information security, cyber-security, quality and correctness of user data and many other aspects.
You will be part of the Digital team, the task of this team is the secure and compliant implementation of digital innovations with a focus on supporting various internal marketing departments and guiding them with regard to planning, budget and feasibility of digital projects. External agencies are also supported in the areas of development, hosting and security. Within the department you will collaborate with other teams such as the IT Infrastructure team, the Business Analysts and the Compliance and Security team. Your digital knowledge and strong communication skills add a lot to this environment.

This is what you bring to the vacancy IT Digital Partner:
- Degree level education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in digital technologies, such as web development, cloud solutions, mobile applications, social media or data analytics;
- Experience in security & compliance processes and data security best practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues;
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR;
- Experience with international cooperation with Global Support Teams;
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions is an advantage;
- Effective communication between team members, Marketing, Global teams and agencies to ensure a smooth digital implementation;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good command of the English language orally and in writing, Dutch & French is an advantage;
- A willingness to learn and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies;
- You are able to set priorities and can easily switch between different stakeholders.
