Within the Demand & Supply Planning Team, we ensure an optimal balance between supply and demand. Our goal is to have the right products available for our customers at the right time and at optimal cost. You will work in an international, informal environment with plenty of room for personal initiative, development, and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

 

  • Supporting Demand Planning (forecast analyses, trend analyses, and forecast accuracy);
  • Supporting Supply Planning (capacity planning, inventory analyses, and availability);
  • Analyzing demand and supply data and identifying risks and opportunities;
  • Contributing to the optimization of inventory levels and service levels;
  • Supporting supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Working with planning tools (SAP APO), Power BI, and Excel to translate insights into concrete actions.

 

As a Demand & Supply Planning Intern, you will report to the Category Supply Chain Co-Pilot Benelux and be part of Nestlé Benelux Operations.

 

 

What you bring to the Demand & Supply Planning Internship:

You have a strong interest in supply chain planning and are energized by working with data and analyses. You think in a structured way, are not afraid to ask questions, and take initiative when you see opportunities for improvement. You enjoy collaborating with different teams to achieve results together.

  • You are an HBO or WO student (e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration);
  • You have an affinity with demand & supply planning within the FMCG sector;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
  • You are analytically strong, proactive, and eager to learn.

 

 

The job offers more than just a challenge:

  • A full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 5–6 months;
  • 10 vacation days based on a 6-month internship;
  • An internship allowance of €800 per month based on full-time;
