Nespresso is looking for a Management Assistant to the Business Executive Officer (BEO)
Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, where structure, discretion and proactive support make a real difference? As Management Assistant to the Business Executive Officer, you are the trusted partner who helps the BEO and Leadership Team stay focused on business priorities. From managing complex agendas and preparing leadership meetings to coordinating key follow-ups and ensuring the Executive Office runs smoothly, you will play an essential role at the heart of Nespresso’s organization.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and coordinate the BEO’s agenda, meetings, travel arrangements and priorities.
- Support Leadership Team and Management Committee meetings by preparing agendas, materials, pre-reads and follow-up actions.
- Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the Executive Office.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day Executive Office operations, including correspondence, documentation, expenses, invoices and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate office services, suppliers, visitors, leadership events and workplace-related activities.
- Handle confidential and business-sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion.
The experience you’ll bring:
- minimum 5 years of experience in a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or comparable role;
- experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in a dynamic business environment;
- strong planning, organization and priority-setting skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics at the same time;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization;
- high level of discretion, accuracy and ownership when working with confidential information;
- Professional knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
The job offers more than just a challenge:
- A full-time position with excellent benefits, including a 13th month, 28 vacation days and an annual bonus.
- A fulltime salary between €3300 - €4300 gross per month based on experience and expertise.
- Full travel reimbursement, either through an NS Business Card or mileage compensation.
