As Market Quality Specialist Benelux you have the following responsibilities:

• support supplier audits and follow up on improvement actions;
• assess supplier risks and help qualify new suppliers, ingredients and packaging materials;
• analyse quality incidents and consumer complaints, identify trends and support root cause analysis;
• coordinate corrective and preventive actions with factories, co-manufacturers and internal teams;
• support quality and food safety management systems and contribute to continuous improvement;
• contribute to KPI reporting, management reviews and a strong quality culture across the organization.

As Market Quality Specialist Benelux you report to the Quality Manager Benelux and you are part of the Nestlé Benelux Quality team. The role can be based in Brussels or Amstelveen, with hybrid working.

What are we looking for in our Market Quality Specialist Benelux?

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, chemistry, biology, engineering or a related field;
• around 3 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, supplier quality preferably in a production environment;
• knowledge of HACCP, quality systems, food safety legislation and/or audits;
• a curious, analytical mindset and the confidence to ask questions and challenge the status quo;
• strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across teams and countries;
• fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

The position category and the position pay level are fully dependent on the job requirements in terms of experience and competencies. The final offer can vary based on candidate’s profile.

• A full-time role (39 hours) with excellent benefits: a 13th month, 25 vacation days and 6 additional leave days (based on full-time).
• Salary starting from €3500 gross per month depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience.
