Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je meewerkstage bij Finance & Internal Control lever je een bijdrage aan Accounts Receivable & Payable. Ook zul je te maken krijgen met de wereld van Internal Control Management.

Kort samengevat:

• Je helpt de Accounting-afdeling bij het verbeteren van de processen rondom debiteurenbeheer.
• Je ondersteunt de Accounting-afdeling bij de dagelijkse activiteiten en overkoepelende rapportages.
• Je werkt samen met het Customer Relationship Center (CRC)- team om klachten van klanten aan te pakken en bij te dragen aan het verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid.
• Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de backoffice van het Nespresso-abonnement en zorgt voor soepele en efficiënte processen.
• Je lost geschillen op in de allocatie van Supplier-facturen en PO’s.
• Je zult deelnemen aan boutique-audits en ondersteuning bieden bij compliance monitoring door middel van regelmatige interne controleactiviteiten.
• Tijdens je stage rapporteer je aan een van onze Finance-collega’s.

Wie zoeken we? 

• HBO- of WO-student (Bachelor/Master) met een studierichting in Finance of Internal Control.
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
• Goede kennis van Excel.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, Nederlands is een pluspunt.

• Een meewerkstudent die 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar is.
• Je bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2026 tot en met juni 2026. Langer stage lopen is in overleg mogelijk.

What will you do?

During your internship in Finance & Internal Control, you will contribute to Accounts Receivable & Payable and gain exposure to Internal Control Management.

In summary, you will:

• Support the Accounting team in improving processes related to accounts receivable.
• Assist the Accounting team with daily tasks and overall reporting.
• Work with the Customer Relationship Center (CRC) team to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
• Help manage the back-office operations of Nespresso subscriptions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Resolve disputes involving supplier invoices and POs.
• Participate in boutique audits and assist with compliance monitoring through regular internal control activities.
• Report to a Finance colleague throughout your internship.

Who are we looking for?

• You are an HBO or WO student in Finance or Internal Control.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus.

• You are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• You are available from February 2026 to June 2026. The internship can be extended by mutual agreement.
