As Workplace Solutions Manager  you have the following responsibilities:

 

The Workplace Solutions Manager is newly created role derived from our Future of Work project. The role is responsible for the day-to-day design and delivery of Workplace Solutions services, facility, stakeholder and 3rd party management, mobility solutions, Health & Wellbeing strategy, technology support and keeping the oversight and coordination associated with those areas. Additional duties include special projects within Workplace Solutions. 

 

You have the following responsibilities: 

 
•    Manages the service levels of our 3rd party employee experience related service providers like our Facility Management Company, Occupational Health Company, Landlord;
•    Creates and aligns Workplace, mobility and health & wellbeing strategy and implement tools in alignment with the strategy;
•    Responsible for Health, Safety, Environment and Security of the Amstelveen site;
•    Actively participate in regular performance reviews with service providers and Procurement Business Partners;
•    Strategize with department leads on current and future space needs;
•    Management of floorplans and seating with key stakeholders, maintain all seating data for the facility, update moves/adds/changes routinely;
•    Create insights for the business by providing regular data analytics and gathers feedback through employee experience/satisfaction surveys;
•    Manages and participate in required internal audits;
•    Coordinate with building maintenance teams for repairs, updates;
•    Manages continuous improvement projects in the field of Workplace Solutions, Mobility and Health & Wellbeing;
•    Maintaining and preparing budget;
•    Coordinates RI&E and creates improvement plan, is official prevention coordinator.

What are we looking for in our Workplace Solutions Manager:

 


•    Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, facility or construction management, or equivalent experience defined as at least 10 years of relevant, professional level working; experience in the same or similar field; 
•    10+ years in delivering Facilities Management, hospitality management;
•    Experience in management of third-party service providers; 
•    Knowledge of agile way of working;
•    Knowledgeable in new digital and sustainable tool;
•    Experience in engaging key senior level stakeholders; 
•    Full proficiency of Dutch and English are mandatory.
