Minimum Educational qualification: Bac+4/5 Agricultural Techniques, Agronomy and any equivalent diploma

Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in agricultural engineering and research.

Nestlé is currently looking for a Agronomy Trainee at our Nestle Research and Development Center in Abidjan to participate within the agronomy and plant science team in the various activities related to the monitoring of trials in research stations and rural areas.

Your Responsibilities..

• Participate in research and innovation projects.
• Participate in the installation of experiments and data collection
• Communicate and discuss observation results
• Observe the evolution of insects, diseases, nutritional or physiological disorders
• Monitor plant development;
• Maintain the clonal garden and seedling production sites
• Participate in the construction of nurseries
• Support project managers on various activities
