Position Summary:

Nestlé Research & Development Center, Abidjan is currently looking for a Finance & Control Analyst who will ensure timely and quality of service delivery to achieve operational efficiency as well as adherence to regulations, standards and processes to excel in compliance within the Finance & Control Team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounts Payables scanning process to ensure timeliness of payment process
• Supervise treasury activities to ensure on time payment to Vendors (Local, Foreign and Affiliates)                         
• Ensure timely monthly posting of provisions, accruals, financial analysis and reporting for Period End Closing                           
• Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits                     
• Participate in asset under construction tracking to ensure on time capitalization and accurate Assets Inventory
• Take active part in Finance & Control continuous improvement initiatives             

What will make you successful?  

• Degree in Business Finance, and/or accounting qualification
• Professional qualification; ICAG P4, ACCA P3 CIMA P4 or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge in Accounting Standards (IFRS, IAS).
• Proficiency in English and French languages
• Fast learner, curious and has business acumen
• Able to multitask and willingness to learn & to work under tight deadlines
• Good knowledge in Excel and SAP (mandatory)
• Good analytical skills
