Position Type: Fixed Term (18 months)
Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree or a Bac+4/5 in Engineering , Production or Technical background from a recognized university.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: At least a minimum of 1 year working experience .

Your Other Responsibilities Will Include:

Production

  • Support daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
  • Participate in problem-solving and operational excellence projects.

Engineering

  • Support maintenance and reliability activities to ensure equipment availability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
  • Participate in engineering projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and environmental standards.

 

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or a Bac+4/5 in Engineering , Production or Technical background from a recognized university.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Automation and digitalization experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in manufacturing and factory operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Basic level of english language is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, community, or extracurricular activities.
