POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager, Sales is to drive sales with the Food & Beverage Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels(Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace).This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry
- Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases
- Analyze the performance KPI’s throughout the year and react accordingly to achieve the year-end target.
- Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.
What will make you successful…
UAE Nationals only.
- Up to 3years of experience in FMCG Industry
- Commercially strong – with good analytical skills
- Hands-on experience of sales functions preferably Foodservices Environment
- Must have excellent communication skills (credible influence & persuasion).
- Build internal & external winning relationships.
- Negotiations skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- UAE driving License is a must
