Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in automated deployment, continuous integration, testing and release tools or a similar role

Nestlé is currently looking for a Business Automation Specialist in our Nestlé Business Services Office to manage/perform IS/IT development initiatives which include not only the development but also the specification, testing and deployment of application configuration, assembly or customization against organization’s standards, procedures, ways of working and guidelines. In a DevOps/agile team, the Business Automation Specialist contributes to the application life cycle. S/he provides technology to satisfy the needs of stakeholders by interpreting business requirements, defining technical tasks, engineering quality software, performing end-to-end testing, as well as supporting and troubleshooting technical questions, software and database issues..
Your responsibilities:
- Support delivery of high assurance code in the selected technologies of the product, including testing and deployment
- Supports scoping, planning and designing end-to-end solutions (provide estimations)
- Supports evaluation of technologies and establishment of their relevance and feasibility for specific projects.
- Contributes to outline system specifications using solution designs, functional specifications or technical specifications as input, including input into scope, constraints (such as performance or resources), hardware, network and software environments
- Assists in the assessment and selection of suitable software packages and technologies to meet all or parts of specified requirements
- Participates in Communities of Practice
- Works with Behavioral Analyst & Consumer Experience Specialists seeking guidance on front-end design.
- Assists in review of input into risk analysis and development plans in order to consider the impact of design decisions .
- Contributes to risk management related to application development and implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring code complies to Industry and Nestle security Standards to deliver Security, Compliance & Privacy by design.
- Assists in collaboration with colleagues from different disciplines in a cross-functional team to deliver against iteration targets
What Makes You Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or similar is an advantage
- Strong development background. Knowledge in any of the following technologies is a plus: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Python, and the MERN stack
- Experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications is beneficial
- First experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, testing and release tools
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
