Minimum Educational qualification: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in food processing, Food science & technology, Communication Design, Graphic Communication Design (a Masters’ Degree is an added advantage).

Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience. Printing, branding and agency experience will be an added advantage.

Nestlé is currently looking for a Design to Delivery E2E Coordinator at our Nestle Business Services office who will be supporting Marketing teams in managing the end-to-end flow of packaging-related visual communications including label information for print and/or e-Commerce applications for Innovation, Renovation or Normal project(s), for one or more assigned Brand(s) or Business(es). Contributes to the efficient, effective and flawless execution of the Design to Delivery (D2D) process embedded within Idea to Launch (I2L).

 

Your other responsibilities will include:

 

  • Driving the end-to-end project management of Design to Delivery projects on behalf of Marketing Leader of assigned Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s), including all tasks in the Workflow (e.g., project initiation, team member/agency designation, reference/input identification, template/saved records incorporation, time planning, etc.).
  • Enabling fluid communication between Brand Teams, the assigned Agency Partner(s), and/or IMS Design Services Teams to align and maintain expected deliverables and timings.
  • Orchestrating the collection and dissemination of required references, inputs, and key information via the Design to Delivery Workflow to all required parties to ensure work output strives for Right First Time.
  • Managing the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for assigned Brand(s) or Business(es), interfacing with all functions/ individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for the Design to Delivery project success. For large-scale projects, may be supported by Design to Delivery Label Info Coordinator(s).
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Design to Delivery Workflow and the Label Info tool ecosystem by participating in the Design to Delivery Champions community and attending trainings on new functionalities.
  • Escalating direction or briefs that contravene established brand guidance to the Brand Design Lead and/or Brand Team.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all relevant Delivery to Design and Label Info templates to ease the execution of Delivery to Design Projects for assigned Brand(s) or Business(es).
  • Supports the digital archiving of packaging and design assets ensuring final Master files and digital assets are made available in the Content Hub (DAM), and/or referenced in the relevant Brand Portal digital guidelines.

                                                         

What Will Make You Successful?

 

    •  Minimum 2+ years agency or in-house experience managing the graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects from development to files to printer.
    • Experience in managing end-to-end of packaging projects through to CGI development, including collation of label information.
    • Demonstrates strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Understanding of print production, printing, and color management will be an advantage.
    • Understanding of digital file formats for packaging design and artwork master files and related assets.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Project management experience.
    • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn.
