Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Finance or Business Administration or other related course.
Minimum Relevant work experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role or as an HR Services Specialist or Total Rewards Specialist, including 2 years in relocation coordination, international compensation structures, benefits, and vendor management for mobility. Knowledge of immigration processes for intercountry assignments is a plus.

Nestlé is currently looking for a Global Mobility Executive at our Integrated Business Services, Accra office to ensure best in class service rendered by the IBS Global Mobility Services line in Accra by overseeing the end-to-end global mobility processes while ensuring 100% compliance to company policies. He/She brings value through his/her expertise across a large spectrum of mobility related topics : Taxes, Social security, Package, Immigration, Application of global mobility policies. He/she ensures that services are rendered within appropriate timelines, that packages and conditions are well explained to the future expatriate. He/she will act as a partner to the business and build effective relationship with the clients (markets, businesses) in all global mobility services topics.
Your Responsibilities……
- Consultancy and guidance to internal clients on global mobility matters based on Nestlé's global assignment policies, cost effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversight and training of IBS services line for the preparation, communication and implementation of any transfers compensation packages in line with the applicable policies, transfer & relocation guidelines and processes. Escalation point for IBS services (case management activities)
- Lead for case management and service delivery processes, drive continuous improvement projects.
- Key contact for Market stakeholder (HRBP, Total Rewards, Employee services team, payroll) for any Global Mobility topics throughout the expatriate lifecycle and coordinating the related processes according to business needs.
- Ensuring that master data in all systems such as SAP, case management tool is maintained by Integrated Business Services at the highest possible accuracy at any point of time. Necessary actions are taken to prevent issues or make corrections without delay.
- Compliance and accuracy of payroll data (salary & benefits) of the expatriate population is guaranteed at any point in time. Necessary actions are taken to prevent issues or make corrections without delay.
- Ensure compliance of global mobility processes by IBS are guaranteed by following the internal process documentations, e.g. check lists or guides.
- Working in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders : ex. Payroll, Immigration Team, relocation services provider, tax services provider. Respectful and trusted partnership with all stakeholders and providers participating in the global mobility process to ensure efficiency throughout the global mobility process. Act as a point of escalation.
- Proficiency in HRIS and global mobility software as well as Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP HR is highly Advantageous
What Will Make You Successful?
- Over 5 years of experience coordinating global assignments within a large multinational organization.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles and client relationship management in a multinational context.
- Extensive knowledge of expatriate compensation, social security, taxation, payroll, and immigration issues.
- High degree of tact in handling sensitive compensation and business information and proficiency in engaging with top-level executives and effectively presenting information.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems under pressure while articulating a clear perspective.
- Commitment to excellence in service delivery within intercultural environments.
- Bilingual communication skills in French are an added advantage.
- Direct experience in managing international relocations, expatriate assignments, or immigration processes is highly valuable as well as managing a high volume of complex global assignments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with immigration laws, visa regulations, labor laws, and tax implications across various countries is essential.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity gained from working in diverse environments or with international teams.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate logistics for multiple assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills for effective liaison with employees, management, and external partners.
- Analytical skills for assessing mobility trends and reporting on relocation costs and effectiveness.
- Experience in vendor management with relocation service providers, immigration lawyers, or global mobility consultants is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the complexities of global mobility programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and global mobility software as well as Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP HR is highly advantageous
