Nestlé is currently seeking a Payment Analyst at our Nestlé Business Services Office. This role is critical in ensuring that all payments to foreign vendors are managed efficiently and in compliance with necessary documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure that all necessary documents are prepared in advance, facilitating timely payments and adherence to regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities….

  • Ensure that all documentation required for payments to foreign vendors is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless processing of foreign vendor payments.
  • Monitor and manage the documentation process to prevent delays in vendor payments, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Support compliance with government regulations related to international payments and trade agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency in document handling and payment processing.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track payment processing timelines and documentation compliance.

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Two or more years of relevant experience or role at market/business environment:

-Foreign Trade

  • Native French Speaker
  • Banking and Finance background
  • Ability to be pragmatic and fact-based
  • Ability to be analytical
  • Ability to be a Team player
  • Ability to be innovative seeking new ways to improve or facilitate the logistics or supply chain function
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details.
