Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum of bachelor’s degree
in Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Project Management.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of  3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales or in similar role

 

Position Summary

Nestlé is currently looking for a Project Manager in our Nestlé Business Services Office to develop project plans, lead the implementation of new expansion project with the respective E2E Leads and establish the right governance. Also to collect and consolidate status reports for projects within portfolio, produce relevant reports, support decision making with focus on timely and "on budget" execution of projects..

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop project plan for all portfolio
  • Monitoring of all ongoing projects within the center
  • Liase with Service Expansion lead & manager on project progress and support required
  • Implement the Project Management Office framework at center level to ensure on time and on budget implementation of the projects
  • Work closely with E2E and market teams to ensure that all expected project deliverables are completed on time and with quality
  • Manage a common project documentation repository (SharePoint, project documentation, tools, templates, accelerators etc.)
  • Perform project quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with the methodology.
  • Perform transitions reviews and organization assessment on project / transition management to check adherence to the methodology, identify gaps and propose recommendations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the program approach and tools adopted for projects, capture learnings, identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.

  • Successful completion and exit of Projects
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to facilitate issues and conflict resolution in cross functional environment.
  • Experience in large scale and complex transformation projects
  • Experience in working in a cross functional, multi-cultural and networked organization(internal and external providers)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Has a high tolerance to stress.
  • Ability to communicate in French( is an added advantage)
