Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum Relevant work experience: 5 years or more working experience in brand management and / or a similar digital marketing role.

Nestlé is currently looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and driving overall digital strategies and activities for the Region to achieve business goals, including Digital Marketing , E-Commerce, Digital CEM.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible the overall WIN digital strategies, including digital marketing, e-commerce and digital CRM.
- Lead in digital consumer insight and translate to action plan by developing digital and social media objectives, strategy and plan aligned with WIN Local and Global strategy.
- Initiate and manage strong digital/ online brand and product campaigns with big ideas both corporate and brands, in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to WIN website. Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Develop annual social media plan aligned with agreed digital strategy. Brief and manage digital agency including web film and budget.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing plans to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Lead discussions on strategy with internal and external parties to ensure creative execution and align with brand communication of marketing digital campaigns.
- Develop and track KPIs of all digital assets. Evaluate effectiveness of digital activities and lead improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate digital competitive landscape, including market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Be the key contact person with Global, NiM and external parties regarding digital marketing for the Region.
- As an expert for all digital platforms, build digital knowledge of Businesses and commercial teams and provide strong advice & guidance in the area of digital marketing, e- Commerce and digital CRM to ensure alignment with WIN marketing strategies.
- Plan and carry out other duties as may be assigned by the company from time to time.
- Ensure all activities are in strict compliance with the WHO Code, Nestle Instructions and local country code and ensure execution by regular refresh training.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5 years or more working experience in brand management and / or a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
- Experience in Online Marketing, Mobile Marketing, and Social Media.
- Previous experience in brand management and a similar digital marketing role.
- Fluency in English communication second language will be an added advantage.
