Nestlé is seeking a Regional Logistics Project Manager to lead and drive logistics transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the CWAR region. The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening capabilities, and ensuring logistics operations remain agile to respond to evolving business needs.
A day in the life of a Regional Logistics Project Manager:
- Lead regional continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across logistics operations.
- Drive and oversee CWAR logistics projects across transportation, warehousing, quality, and safety.
- Guide and support market teams in delivering process improvement initiatives and deploying GLOBE solutions.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Foster strong team engagement by applying Nestlé leadership and management principles.
- Act as a key point of support in resolving system and operational issues, collaborating with offshore teams where required.
- Advise on and validate role assignments within GLOBE to ensure compliance and optimal system usage.
- Support market operations in improving system adoption and ensuring seamless use of digital logistics tools.
- Participate in system enhancement validation and ensure readiness before implementation.
- Identify capability gaps and support development initiatives across markets.
- Coach and mentor super-user networks to strengthen expertise and knowledge transfer.
- Deliver training and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and digitalization efforts to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce cost of distribution.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain operations, with strong exposure to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Proven expertise in project management and data analytics, with the ability to manage regional data and drive insights.
- Strong operational mindset with experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work across multiple markets and adapt to different operational environments.
- Experience acting as a key liaison between regional and global/zone stakeholders.
- Cost-conscious mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- High level of stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and experience supporting system-related processes or transformations.
- Experience in business analysis, super-user roles, or process support within Supply Chain environments.
- Exposure to distribution network optimization and customer-focused logistics projects.
- Strong learning agility, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
