We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé  Waters  team.

Location: Adana
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Conduct visits to identified and prospective customers within the designated channel, manage stock levels, and process orders
• Achieve sales targets and ensure that channel objectives are met consistently
• Maintain regular follow-up with current accounts to foster strong relationships
• Negotiate agreements with key customers in alignment with company Key Performance Indicators
• Retain existing customers while actively acquiring new clients through visits to both current and potential customers
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant insights to the team
• Actively ensure best in class execution standards to deliver Perfect Store Practises
• Adherence to all company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in related areas
• Experience in field sales and customer management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies
• Strong understanding of all sales functions and processes
