Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for Area Boutique Manager with the mission to: 

Drive the business result in a region through the development of the boutique network and the implementation of the defined Nespresso consumer experience strategy and campaigns in boutiques

 

A Day in the Life of an Area Boutique Manager:

Drive optimum execution and implementation of the consumer experience strategy, targets and campaigns 
• Drive omnichannel acquisition, loyalty and sales of boutiques whilst delivering a best-in-class consumer experience • Support Boutique Managers to develop an area and omnichannel focus though the development of (omnichannel) action plans, based on data and insights
• Build the appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force accordingly

 

Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and optimization of the boutique network
• Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutique area's (within the responsible area scope), e.g. by leveraging commercial, customer and geomarketing insights. • Provide area insights to the business performance & planning team

Develop business cases for new boutiques or existing boutiques to enable omnichannel business growth and cost optimization

 

Departmental Management Team Responsibilities
• Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way • Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
• Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
• Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments 
• Translate company and department decisions in relevant actions for the subdepartment

 

People & Performance Management
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities • Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
• Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
• Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
 

 

What Will Make You Successful

 

Education:
Professional and intellectual capabilities at academic or higher professional education level.

Experience
• 5-7 years experience of direct to customer sales of premium products & services • Minimum 4-5 years of extensive professional experience in Retail Management
• Experience in leading and managing (retail) managers
- Extensive experience in effective P&L management
- Proven experience in retail business development
