We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Albany New Concept Nespresso Boutique. 


This position requires our successful candidate to work a rotating roster, where late night trading and alternate weekend availability is required.

Has a passion for service excellence and understands that exceptional results can only be achieved with and through the support of your people. You will be an enthusiastic and motivating team builder with demonstrated experience in engaging and coaching within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Ensuring the successful, professional and consistent operation of the Boutique
  • Leading your direct reports to continually deliver exceptional levels of customer service 
  • Motivating team to continually meet and exceed performance targets to facilitate busines growth 
  • Training and mentoring your team in order to support their personal development and career progression
  • Conducting regular performance reviews to continuously develop talent within your team 
  • Administrative and reporting functions
