Position Summary

Lead Nestlé Warehouse & Distribution activities across the Country. Lead initiatives, through NCE tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Ensure high service quality and efficiency at the minimum cost in the operations. Manage 3PL relationship to ensure best in class service in line with Nestlé's requirements.  Drive SHE mindset to ensure full safety operations across Nestlé's activities.

A day in the life of...

• Manage the inbound, outbound and all other warehouse issues to ensure resolution and managing any order or delivery exceptions (order after cut off, customer periodization for delivery, month end rush orders etc.)
• Manger operational excellence in inventory management, warehousing and distribution operations
• Monitor 3PL warehouse performance in terms of accurate picking, Freshness, inventory accuracy, loading, POD
• Ensure good warehouse practices are in place and followed by 3PL
• Monitor and assess the service level of service providers, i.e. transportation and 3PL.
• Ensure destruction of bad goods write-off as per Nestlé's guidelines.
• Manage the daily operational relationship with 3PL based on agreed SLA's
• Lead safety across warehouse operations.
• Validate all the invoices related to warehouse and distribution activities
• Manage operational spend according to assigned responsibility through effective cost management and support/lead on LER initiatives in the country through T-Hub/ COC/ CFSC
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset through applying NCE best practices
• Ensure 3PL operations are compliant with Nestlé's SOPs

What will make you successful

• Preferable 2 to 3 years of relevant and successful operational experience in a Supervisory role
• Strong leadership skill and people management experience
• Good experience in warehousing management
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Understanding of key finance to drive SC cost
