Position Summary

In This role you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, accurately, and safely, while leading the warehouse team to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets. 

A Day In The Life …

• 'Responsible for SAP inbound local & import , outbound deliveries to DC as well as all transfer types operations at daily basis
• 'Looking after operational excellence in inventory management ( Monthly cycle count  & Quarter inventories through SAP )
• 'Monitor warehouse performance in terms of accurate picking, Freshness upon transfer orders with PSA team
• 'Ensure good warehouse practices are in place and followed by floor team
• 'Manage to generate savings on day to day ways to optimize multiple charges such as ( labor efficiency/ Space Optimization/ Process improvements / Loss & damages prevention / KPI monitoring / Truck utilization )
• Handle communications with internal. Collaborators ( QA, PSA, DSP, Maintenance, Fico ) & external stakeholders ( clearing agencies, 3PL DC & transporters, local suppliers ) for smooth operations & assist on different meetings ( DOR/ WOR/ MOR/ WPR )
• 'Validate all the invoices related to distributions activities ( warehousing / transport/ destruction)
• 'Lead safety across warehouse operations.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL…

• Preferable 2 to 3 years of relevant and successful operational experience in a Supervisory role
• Good experience in warehousing management
• Understanding of key finance to drive SC cost
• Strong leadership skill and people management experience
