Position Summary

As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you will process hourly payroll & attendance. In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support in the Human Resources Department including maintaining employee files, publication of factory information, administering the uniform program, coordinating personnel files, and assigning lockers. The Senior HR Coordinator also prepares reports (headcount, trending, compiling totals, etc.) from various systems as required. You will also coordinate records retention, HR systems, mailroom duties, and support of other departments as required.

 

  • Process hourly payroll using Kronos & SAP. Serves as the backup for salaried payroll.
  • Process attendance for the hourly workforce.
  • Provides customer service on a variety of HR topics to all employees
  • Processes SAP (HRIS) changes as required.
  • Supports the site-wide recruiting process by setting up interviews, coordinating applicant paperwork, and maintaining the on-line recruiting system as required.
  • Acts as backup to the HR systems coordinator including being able to process salary payroll, iLearn (Learning Management System), etc.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years of payroll administration or HR clerical experience in a manufacturing production, military, or related environment required.
