POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of this role is to ensure availability of all sales reports and dashboards for sales function use to track performance and ensure all tools and master data are up to date.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Support in developing and publishing all sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
- Support GBM & Sales function through providing required data Analysis and preparation of presentations, dashboards …etc.
- Ensure all trade spends are reflected into CRM and provide visibility on TTS related analysis and reports to all stakeholders.
- Prepare all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for Cluster reporting.
- Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted with supporting documents and processed on time and escalate to management any delays or issues.
- Support in price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, i.e.: Trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, Trade Agreement, customer creation, closing of audit points.
- Provide daily support to the sales team by assisting with reporting and data analysis.
- Support in driving the Sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up-to-date.
What will make you successful…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
- Full proficiency in English language skills.
- Good Communication Skills and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills is a plus.
