Specialist, Video Editor and Content Development

Position Summary

Reporting to the senior video producer, this role will bring to life Nestlé USA’s corporate story through best-in-class video production. They will edit and develop video content to drive audience engagement for Nestlé’s internal and external channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with planning, designing, producing, filming, and editing corporate video content for internal and external communications
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create division-level leader communications
  • Assist with in-house video productions, helping with lighting, audio, b-camera operation, interviews, etc.
  • Assistant video editor for priority all-employee videos, including live content
  • Capture video interviews in a remote-work environment through various digital based formats
  • Provide writing assistance (e.g., scripting, storyboarding, etc)
  • Develop strategies to accelerate corporate communications storytelling objectives

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, video production, animation or related degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on video and graphic experience for digital and social distribution – and a track record of building energetic, impactful marketing content
  • Experience in content strategy, messaging, writing, editing, and journalism
  • A strong command of visual design, including image editing experience
  • Must have at least a basic level of proficiency with Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects. Additional Adobe Creative Cloud expertise is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, including digital asset management and cloud-based storage
  • A collaborative style, with an understanding of how to leverage and support existing content, initiatives, and contributions
