Our bold digital initiatives span across Digital Core, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Sales, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing, and the Future of Finance. We are revolutionizing our company's core business processes and establishing new technical and business capabilities aligned with our overarching strategy.
We invite experienced professionals to join our Digital Transformation team in the role of a Digital Product Manager, spearheading pivotal digital transformation projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-house expert on digital solutions, possessing in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge digital technologies and championing a product-centric delivery approach.
- Lead as a Digital Product Manager across various digital initiatives structured as digital squad teams. This role provides the flexibility to manage 2-3 digital projects of varying magnitudes and domains.
- Shape the future of Nestle's digital product management capabilities and maturity.
- Own the product vision, strategy, business case, and competitive analysis.
- Define and oversee the product roadmap. Identify and document use cases and user stories that set the product delivery priorities and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure agile solution delivery.
- Manage a backlog of feature requests, assessing each for its business value and prioritizing development tasks accordingly.
- Document customer requirements in the form of epics and user stories, innovating and differentiating solutions.
- Work in tandem with both internal and external stakeholders to synchronize hardware and software solution strategies and marketing plans.
- Strategize with product management and stakeholders on matters concerning solution requests, product vision, and overall business value.
- Lead the development, implementation, and launch of MVPs in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in digital product solutions, collaborating directly with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in managing digital solution strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, especially with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with SAFe, Lean, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in understanding data requirements across all stages of a modern analytics workflow, including design thinking, research, visualization, and storytelling.
- Experience with AI and data-driven solutions.
- A track record of working within high-performance teams.
- Expertise in managing VP level stakeholders.
