As an IT Director, Business Relationship Management overseeing the Analytics, Data & Integration function, you will lead both digital capability strategy and associated business value results for Nestlé USA. You will connect and drive digital strategy, aligned with the business strategy, to create and manage strong relationships. You’ll provide awareness, direction, and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation while developing a deep understanding of the overall Nestlé USA business. This will be achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for digital capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized. In addition, you will act as the principal technology advisor and thought leader in Analytics, Data & Integration to the Digital Acceleration team to help identify and drive digital innovation-based solutions.

 

 

  • Manage the relationship between the IT organization and Nestlé USA throughout the life cycle of the product groups and along the business’ own life cycles
  • Collaborate with Digital and Enterprise Analytics leaders to create a strategic digital, data and analytics technology roadmap, including technical capabilities for the Data Fabric, AI Factory, Automation, and Micro-services
  • Advocates and facilitates technology enablement opportunities to the business
  • Ensure Product Managers understand the Nestlé USA business strategy and context definition of new products required to support business needs
  • Adopt and leverage agile culture and ways of working in partnership with Digital, IT, and other key stakeholders and strategic partners to maximize scale and efficiencies to deliver digital and advanced analytics products
  • Qualify demands based on product check lists and identifies opportunities based of product portfolio knowledge mapped to business capabilities in scope
  • Responsible for gathering high-level business requirements and identifying product candidates for demand
  • Maintain strong relationships with relevant business leaders to ensure the digital roadmap and associated IT product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization
  • Promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial mindset


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 
  • 10+ years of combined experience in Information Technology and Business
  • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders, specifically advising on and delivering data and analytics IT solutions
  • 3+ years of technology experience in areas of cloud computing (i.e.: Microsoft Azure, advanced analytics, automation, CI/CD, MLOps/DevOps, etc.)


Other

  • 1+ years of experience leading initiatives or transformations across enterprise platforms preferred
  • History of developing actionable and profitable strategies that drive business growth and value
