A Nestlé Early Careers Recruiter ensures Early Careers recruiting programs align with business priorities, hiring high-caliber interns, co-ops, and full-time development trainees. You'll develop solid relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and university liaisons to plan recruiting strategies for our Early Careers Programs. As a member of this fast-paced, high-performing team, you will identify innovative sourcing strategies that align with our ways-of-winning while sharing our culinary culture.

 

In this role, you will also play a key role in supporting and executing the Early Careers events strategy, including on-site and virtual recruiting events, super days, hiring events, networking opportunities, and programmatic experiences that strengthen our employer brand and talent pipelines. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external university partners to deliver engaging candidate experiences that attract top talent to Nestlé.

 

 

Recruitment

  • Own full life cycle recruiting from attraction through orientation.
  • Execute various recruiting events through on-site, virtual, and digital activities.
  • Support planning and implementation of recruiting events, including hiring events, super days, interview days, networking events, orientation, and other Early Careers programs.
  • Handle applicant tracking requisitions in accordance with the Nestlé Compliance process.
  • Collaborate with business partners on best-in-class talent selection processes to identify targeted talent profiles.
  • Lead recruiting strategy meetings, final round interview days, and consensus meetings with hiring teams.
  • Serve as the key point of contact throughout the candidate decision-making and selection process.
  • Partner with university liaisons and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience at recruiting events.
  • Support event logistics including scheduling, registration management, presentation development, and coordination of event resources.
  • Contribute to hiring a pivotal talent pipeline that continues to build upon our current robust talent pool.
  • Participate in ad-hoc recruiting projects.

 

TA Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner with program leadership and the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Team to develop recruiting plans and strategies that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify candidate profiles that emphasize the waysof-winning and will successfully attract, recruit, and retain a robust and diverse pipeline of high-achieving talent.
  • Advise internal and external business partners on employment trends impacting college and university students.
  • Build and champion relationships with university career center partners, professors, and other campus influencers as per the strategy.
  • Partner with recruitment marketing, communications, and other cross functional business stakeholders to support recruiting events and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop event messaging, presentations, promotional materials, and candidate communications that strengthen Nestlé's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.

 

Strategic Planning

  • Build and maintain strategic campus playbooks incorporating digital and oncampus activities and initiatives that deliver against business needs.
  • Support the development and execution of annual recruiting event plans that align with Early Careers hiring objectives.
  • Evaluate recruiting event outcomes, synthesize participant feedback, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience and overall recruiting strategy.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent selection, Human Resources, or relevant field required.
  • Recruiting experience in a large national or global corporation preferred.
  • Prior experience managing key business relationships preferred.
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, offer delivery and closing process and relationship management
  • Experience planning and executing recruiting, campus, university relations, or talent attraction events, including virtual and in-person experiences, preferred.
  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of business partners and clients.
  • Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through gathering key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to use technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media.
  • Must be able to handle challenging demands, while being adaptable and flexible.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with business and HR partners.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to build and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify measurable insights.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.

 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $84,000 to 100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
