Executive Driver

Position Summary: 

 

In partnership with one other driver, this person will be required to provide driving and additional services to the Executive Leadership Team of Zone Americas, Nestlé USA and Nestlé S.A.  On occasion this will also include driving for their families. It is essential that this person be able to work in a team environment with the other driver in a seamless and collaborative manner.  Evening and weekend overtime will be required and split evenly between the two team members.  

 

Driver must have solid professional driving/chauffeur experience, strong attention to detail, strong history of punctuality and polished appearance. Drivers are expected to be professional and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations at all times. Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper dress are expected. Calm, rational behavior and positive “can do” attitude are attributes of this professional. Driver will follow instructions and requests while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times. 
   
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Drives Executives and their families ensuring maps or navigation devices for desired routes, checking radio and/or online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination locations. Tracks flights and advises the employer and/or passenger of potential or existing adverse conditions and suggest alternative routes or travel time adjustments.
  • Works in tandem with driving partner to schedule all driving responsibilities using Microsoft Outlook.  
  • Responsible for Company vehicles to be cleaned and fueled at all times ensuring Nestle waters in all vehicles. 
  • Ensures Company vehicles are maintained to impeccable levels and maintains all servicing records.  Makes all servicing appointments at a time that fits the schedule.  
  • Responsible for fueling/detailing of senior Executive Leadership Team vehicles (limited to Zone CEO, CFO & CHRO and NUSA CEO, CFO, CHRO and CSO).  
  • Maintains charging stations for electric vehicles (ensuring only assigned vehicles are being charged and are rotating as needed). 
  • Keeps Company vehicle mileage records up to date.  

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • A variety of tasks to include store runs, package retrieval/drop-off, and other orders and deliveries.  
  • Keeps receipts of purchases and reconciles monthly.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience driving executives or in a corporate environment.
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable record. 
  • An up to date and valid concealed carry permit or LEOSA is required. 

 

Skills:

  • Driving Skills: Proven ability to drive safely and efficiently in all weather and traffic conditions. Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable grooming, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
  • Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours and stay ready, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to sit for long periods, assist with carrying items, and handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Technology: Familiarity with GPS systems, navigation apps, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing routes or travel needs.
