Position Summary

SUMMARY
Drive Nestlé USA’s omnichannel business with a focus on financial oversight and investment assessment to ensure profitable growth. Financial oversight includes strategic planning, commercial spend review, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc analyses, with an emphasis on maintaining sound financial controls around commercial spending. The position offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic business partner to the eCommerce commercial team including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other key business functions responsible for short and long term business objectives. The successful individual will have a strong finance or accounting background, superior communication and people skills, ability to learn quickly, and a solid understanding of FMCG/CPG business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as field finance manager for eBusiness team, as well as finance manager for entire omnichannel team (all divisions + customers), spanning both trade + PFME investments
•Be THE finance expert for all things eCommerce and omnichannel, providing sound guidance and strategic advice to commercial and finance leadership regarding anything in this dynamic space
•Work proactively with Sales and Marketing during annual planning, ensuring alignment with Commercial Action Plans and division budgets 
•Partner with field and division teams to ensure strong alignment of commercial plans with omnichannel initiatives
•Drive monthly Business Review process, including analytical review of monthly/annual forecasts and promotional plan performance - leading to objective, timely and fact-based communication of opportunities and gaps to the Omnichannel leadership
•Meet with eBusiness sales team to understand variances to goals, on both sales and trade and work with team to develop gap closing opportunities
•Work closely with Division Finance team to understand overall changes in business strategy and impacts to customer and targets
•Perform financial modeling to analyze business results and opportunities; provide guidance to leadership
•Help drive annual account planning, assess Omnichannel budget changes and reclassification as required 
•Provide controllership duties for the SRM Leadership Team through strategic business case development, operational budget management, and value capture targets development & reporting.
•Collaborate with SRM stakeholders to prioritize objectives & initiatives and estimate costs
•Develop a storyline to solicit business case approval from local and global leadership
•Manage the cost center budget and provide guidance to SRM on any operational pivots required to stay true to the business case objectives 
•Liaise with finance and division leadership on SRM’s value capture methodology and report on progress made against benefit targets

EXPERIENCE
•College degree required; Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required.
•5-7 years finance management experience in Consumer Goods company/industry preferred
•Understanding of Customer Profitability concepts and the use of customer P&Ls to drive business decisions
•Intermediate/Advanced in Excel and SAP (or other ERP System) preferred
•Superior execution skills in a changing environment and ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Strong data management and analytical skills, and critically important to be able to deliver the message to non-finance professionals
•Proven ability to not only deliver, but drive excellent work in a team and matrix organization
•Excellent inter-personal communication and the ability to influence others; negotiation skills a plus
