Position Summary

The Analyst Operations Finance will assure that the Gerber Business (NN US) receives timely and accurate reports and insights, allowing the team to improve the financial performance with the area of 'Total Delivered Cost'. This will include five key areas:

  • Planning & Analysis of Production Related Overheads (Lead)
  • Planning & Analysis of Cost of Production (Support)
  • Product Costing: Ensure accurate costing of imported and transformed materials 
  • Tracking of Savings Initiatives and other Key Initiatives
  • Establish month end reporting packages

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Analysis of PRO: Establish accurate forecast for Applications Group Cost Centers, Trials and Losses. Track actual results, analyze and explain variances, establish monthly report out.
  • Planning and Analysis of Cost of Production: Track actual results, analyze and explain variances, establish monthly report out. Support Planning of Cogs and roll out of new planning tool.
  • Product Costing: Ensure accurate costing, forecasting and variance analysis for Imported and transformed materials
  • Tracking of Key Initiatives: Establish reliable tracking for savings initiatives and other Key Initiatives, reports and validates results
  • Month End reporting: Establishes various month end reporting packages, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and supports intercompany billing streams
     

Qualifications:

  • 'BA/BS with major in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally including
  • 1 year of experience in Cost Accounting, Factory or Supply Chain Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Globe/SAP, MS Office, Nestle systems & processes
