Position Summary
The Program Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) plays a critical role in shaping the learning ecosystem across Nestlé USA. This role manages enterprise development programs, partners with HR and business leaders, oversees learning systems and platforms, and ensures operational excellence across the L&OD portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a flawless operator, and a passionate advocate for learner centric development. This role will be based in Arlington, VA and will report up to the Sr. Manager, L&OD over programs and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage targeted development programs and the Rive Reine portfolio
- Oversee nominations, seat allocations, communications, and participant tracking
- Maintain the NextLevel App, SharePoint & vendor management for all programs
- Coordinate speakers, facilitators, vendors, logistics, contracts, and communications
- Project manage and implement any new programming year over year
Learning Platform Support
- Escalation point for GROW platform content, reporting, and user support
- Deliver nomination, Rive Reine, and learning metrics reporting
- Provide ad hoc analysis to inform decision-making and strategy
- Ensure data accuracy, user access, and system optimization
Stakeholder Management & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary support for HRBPs and HRBP Points of Contact
- Partner with TPM, DE&I, Analytics, and program sponsors to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage internal and vendor led contract processes
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to create, edit, or renegotiate agreements
- Maintain documentation and contract records
Budget & Financial Management
- Track and forecast L&D budgets
- Support consolidation of the Organizational Development budget
- Manage vendor profiles and SAP transactions
- Oversee invoice inbox and purchase order tracking
Project & Operations Management
- Lead project management for key L&OD
- Support class planning, marketing coordination with Tech, and process improvements
Requirements & Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (required)
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in learning & development, organizational development, training, talent management, or consulting
- Experience managing complex programs and cross-functional stakeholders
- Preferred experience with LMS Systems, SAP & PowerBI
- Ability to travel up to 15%

- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable processes
- Strong partnership skills and ability to influence without authority
Project & Program Management
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute large-scale programs

Technical & Analytical
- Proficiency with learning platforms and emerging learning technologies
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions
- Ability to pilot, iterate, and pivot based on feedback
The approximate pay range for this position is $113,000 to $170,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
