Role Summary
Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) at Nestlé USA is evolving. As SRM becomes a bigger part of how we plan and make commercial decisions, we are building out a Center of Excellence (COE) to strengthen the methods, tools and capability that help every division grow profitably.
As the Manager, SRM COE, you will help raise the bar on how SRM is done across Nestlé USA, turning what works into standard practice. You will contribute to the enterprise SRM roadmap, turn best-in-class methodology for Price, Promotion, Pack-Price Architecture (PPA) and Mix into practical standards and tools, and build SRM capability across divisions – so the teams bring stronger recommendations and make better commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Methods & Standards
- Develop and maintain enterprise methods, standards and guardrails across Price, Promotion, PPA and Mix, so every division defines, measures and debates SRM the same way.
- Build and refresh playbooks and frameworks based on evidence and in-market results.
- Evaluate exceptions to enterprise standards and recommend resolution.
- Monitor industry trends, external benchmarks and emerging SRM practices to identify opportunities to strengthen Nestlé’s SRM methods and strategic direction.
Tools & Analytics
- Co-design SRM tools with SRM Analytics, defining the business use cases and methodology behind them.
- Test and validate tools to ensure they solve real commercial problems.
- Gather division feedback and use it to shape the tool and capability roadmap.
Capability Building
- Define the SRM knowledge, skills and practices required for success, and partner with SRM Enablement to translate those requirements into learning solutions and capability-building experiences.
- Support adoption of new SRM methods and tools by providing business expertise, practical use cases and division engagement.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise within SRM communities and forums, partnering with SRM Enablement on engagement activities.
- Capture best practices from divisions and external sources and incorporate them into SRM methods, playbooks and standards.
Division Partnership
- Partner with Division SRM leads to drive growth, rate and SRM strategies through a standard method and tools.
- Coach Division SRM and CDCE teams on applying SRM methods to real business problems.
- Partner with Division SRM leads and SRM Enablement to support adoption and application of new methods and tools.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop one direct report, setting clear priorities and building their SRM expertise.
- Foster a team culture of high performance, continuous learning, thought leadership and strong partnership with divisions.
Enterprise Initiatives
- Lead or co-lead enterprise SRM initiatives that advance the SRM roadmap and maturity.
- Embed SRM into core commercial planning processes and routines.
- Communicate the SRM roadmap to divisions and cross-functional partners, so teams know what’s coming, why it matters and how to use it.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Be a go-to SRM expert across Price, Promotion, PPA and Mix, with the depth to earn credibility with division teams.
- Think enterprise-first, looking for solutions that work across divisions, not just one.
- Build strong partnerships with Division SRM, CDCE and cross-functional teams, and earn buy-in for new ways of working.
- Simplify complex methods into practical tools and guidance people will actually use.
- Bring curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, always looking for a better way to do SRM.
- Be comfortable building something new: moving with speed, adjusting as you learn, and staying focused on impact.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus but not required
- 5+ years of experience preferred in Revenue Growth/Strategic Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial Development, Category, Sales, Finance or Strategic Planning; CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise across SRM levers – price elasticity and price architecture, promotion ROI and incrementality, pack-price ladders, and mix/assortment.
- Track record of building frameworks, playbooks, tools or standards adopted beyond your own team.
- Experience partnering with analytics or technical teams to define requirements and develop tools.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L drivers, trade investment and margin management.
- Proficiency with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) and tools such as Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, including with senior leaders and teams you don’t directly manage.
- Experience leading change and driving adoption across multiple teams and functions.
- People management experience a plus but not required.
