Job Summary:

 

 Nestlé’s Coffee Partners, Solutions Lab (NCPSL) is looking for a Product Manager for our B2B eCommerce site. In this role, you will be a key player in the development and execution of the digital strategy for our foodservice business. You will define the vision and strategic roadmap and participate in day-to-day sprint activities. As a people manager, you will ensure digital operations are effectively managed and drive continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities 

  • Owns the vision, strategic roadmap, and day-to-day management of our B2B eCommerce platform
    • Ensures alignment and progress against business objectives
    • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and serves as a liaison between business and technical teams
    • Owns the product backlog and prioritization  
    • Participates in sprint planning, story design, QA testing, release ceremony, and production validation
  • Manages team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring digital operations are properly managed to support business objectives, including executing seasons and promotions
    • Helps guide workplans and provides clear direction
    • Drives continuous improvement and capability growth
    • Supports partner growth and development plans
  • Owns relationship and interacts daily with development vendor and other technical stakeholders
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Pricing, Sales, IT, and Commercial Development
  • Leverages data analytics to drive decision making

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience owning roadmap strategy and leading end-to-end delivery
  • Ability to dive deep into business and technical requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly effective project management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web analytics preferred
  • People management experience preferred
