Senior Compensation Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team at Nestle Health Science. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and Business Leaders to drive pay for performance and ensure fair pay practices. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and strategies for our corporate and operational workforces. Additionally, you will partner with HR Business Partners to align current compensation practices with the company's compensation philosophy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic compensation partner to a designated client group within Nestle Health Science business.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand the compensation needs and objectives of the client group.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
- Lead compensation initiatives for Nestle Health Science.
- Own Short-term bonus administration for Nestle Health Science U.S.
- Conduct data analysis/modeling and costing of pay programs.
- Provide recommendations by evaluating local market benchmarks, employee survey data and business goals.
- Conduct job evaluations using Mercer’s IPE to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure globally.
- Liaise with HRIT to lead compensation-related business processes improvements.
Education / Prior Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, finance, or analytical consulting

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for compensation and effective collaboration and communication
- Proficiency in analyzing and modeling large data sets in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail

- Self-motivated, results-oriented critical thinker
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and efficient problem solver
