POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager Specialist works within The Essentia Water Brand and plays a crucial role in delegating, coordinating, and prioritization of creative marketing projects with internal and external team members. The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of brand creative and Content studio team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, budget, and brief. This role will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible in the ordinance of the Content Studio processes and ensure deliverables are on track and accurate in coordination with the brand owners. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and practice thorough understanding of the creative process across all channels. Build relationships and collaborate with Marketing and extended internal team members.
- Create and maintain brand project status reports and facilitate regular brand and extended team meetings.
- Collaborate with cross functional agencies (internal and external), partners and vendors in the implementation of brand communications.
- Utilize knowledge of the creative design processes to deliver flawless execution of brand tactics across multiple platforms and channels.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of all creative marketing projects for Essentia Water
- Review creative projects to make sure the work adheres to the brand and brief
- Lead review and approval processes, and communicate revision needs to internal team members while maintaining delivery against initial timelines.
- Execute final file handoff to departments and vendors.
- Apply working knowledge of industry, brand, government (FDA), legal and regulatory guidelines on all projects.
- Create and refine best practices and processes for successful project execution (legal review and approval, tools, content management systems).
- Maintain project tickets in project management tools. Ensure appropriate teams are assigned to projects for them to kick of project timelines with the broader group and be responsible for pulling monthly/quarterly reports detailing scopes of work completed and forecasted for the Essentia Water brand portfolio wide.
- Assist and collaborate with business owners and Finance Manager to reconcile invoice accuracy year-over-year.
- Engage and interface with Division and Content Studio teams to build professional relationships; participate in Department wide initiatives.
- Demonstrate support of Management vision, mission, values, goals.
- Engage in and practice Nestle Leadership Principles.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Creative project or account management experience
SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills, note taking, and ability to manage multiple projects/requests simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input, develop solutions, influence outcomes and garner support from all levels of the organization and manage a complex set of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Demonstrated ability to proactively drive change and process improvements
- Strong expertise within Microsoft office software, applications required: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong expertise in project management software (knowledge of Wrike and Basecamp is a plus)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
