POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist is a critical team member in driving our efforts across customers and the internal organization for the NUSA Omni Channel business.  The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and be able to translate that knowledge into effective marketing campaigns that resonate with shoppers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to ensure that all shopper marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. 

  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns 
  • Manage budgets for shopper marketing initiatives 
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement 
  • Conduct research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketing 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and vendors 

 

 

KEY COMPETENCIES: 

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences  
  • Initiative (must demonstrate ability to provide value added analytical work based on own understanding of business needs/impactors vs just providing what is asked for) 
  • Integrity (provides objective point of view and ensures accuracy in details of their work/analysis) 
  • Communication (demonstrates confidence; able to make clear and concise presentations/recommendations to all levels of organization)  
  • Business Acumen (ability to understand overall business strategy and drivers; able to design and perform analytics to address business questions vs needing to be told step by step process) 
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills; Graphic Design/Adobe Suite a plus 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required 
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Customers, Sales, and HQ teams. 
  • A creative & relentless problem solver 
  • Ability to adapt nimbly and support others through complex situations 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty 
  • Ability to travel (10%) 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 – $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
