About you: You’re motivated and proactive, with a passion for digital marketing, a hunger for problem solving, and an analytical mindset. You can make data-driven contributions to great programs and then run point on reporting and insights. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues to create effective solutions and are able to step up as a leader to push projects forward. 

 

You will:

  • Lead digital paid media strategy and management for Nestlé USA channels, while significantly supporting reporting for the broader corporate communications team
  • Manage paid media budget and performance KPIs
  • Conduct A/B and multivariable testing with social messaging, imagery, audience groups and social listening tools 
  • Partner with internal recruitment marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize social campaigns that activate prospective talent and position Nestlé as an employer of choice
  • Use social listening tools to manage crisis and issues reporting
  • Support in fielding national surveys to determine awareness and knowledge around issues and key topics
  • Manage ongoing reputational movement in brand trust, purchase consideration, favorability and awareness of Nestlé and its brands
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal communications managers, and digital and content development team members, as well as external vendors

 

We’re looking for someone:

  • With 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital communications executing paid media marketing strategies across multiple digital channels
  • With knowledge of relevant platform and technology products
  • Who is ready and willing to work hard and learn fast, especially in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment
  • Who is collaborative and has a proven track record of creating and optimizing campaigns to constantly improve results
  • Who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities and circumstances

 

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently. Supervisor provides necessary leadership and coaching, along with regular review of status, goals, and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital paid media and (top of funnel) recruitment marketing campaign management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

 

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical, and communication skills
  • Who is a skilled navigator of complex organizations with proven experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Who is ready and willing to work hard and learn fast, especially in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment
  • Who is collaborative with an understanding of how to leverage and support existing content, initiatives, and contributions
  • Who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities and circumstances
