Join our dynamic finance team as a Finance Master Data Senior Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the integrity and strategic value of our financial data. In this highly visible position, you will collaborate across functions to ensure our financial master data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for decision-making at every level.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion Data Integrity: Lead the maintenance, validation, and enhancement of financial master data—including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and product hierarchies—ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between group reporting and local teams, driving adoption of data standards and best practices to support global business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, implement robust data governance policies, and drive process improvements that elevate data reliability and compliance.
- Enable Business Insights: Support financial reporting, analytics, and dashboard development, empowering leadership with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Project Leadership: Play a critical role in system implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless data integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Training & Influence: Deliver training and guidance to finance and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data stewardship and continuous learning.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our master data management practices remain innovative and compliant.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or master data management, ideally within a complex, global organization.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems, as well as data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
