The Human Resources (HR) Strategic Initiatives Sr Analyst is responsible for supporting a Human Capital agenda aligned with core HR and business strategies. The Sr. Analyst will coordinate across Human Resources and relevant corporate partners to effectively deliver an integrated Human Capital narrative, communicate progress and strategies, and drive data-based decision making. The role will directly support the Senior Manager of HR Strategic Initiatives and the broader HR Strategic Initiatives team to ensure HR strategies are effectively developed and communicated in support of business imperatives by proactively building relationships with HR leaders and other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of approach, storyboard, and content for consolidated presentations and slides for key meetings and initiatives (including for Zone North America CHRO and US Executive Leadership Team, the HR Leadership Team and broader HR function, Nestlé VIP market visitors from around the globe, and external audiences), partnering with HR and other Nestlé stakeholders to integrate both internal data and external context and benchmarks to drive impactful and actionable narratives and data-based decision making.
- Lead the research, organization, and synthesis of external data to create actionable insights to effectively communicate best practices in the HR community to senior leadership, with a focus on creating a leading employee experience and creating a culture embodying our Nestlé Ways of Winning (Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage).
- Contribute to the integrated HR strategic planning process and navigates Center of Competency and Business Partner groups to investigate, plan, prioritize, and communicate key initiatives.
- Ongoing program management with key stakeholders to collect and communicate status of initiatives for consolidated presentations.
- Collaborate with HR function leadership and administrative support teams to contribute to activities associated with CHRO and HR function key meetings including strategy and content development for HR internal meetings, agenda refinement, and special projects support. Actively manage actions and outcomes to ensure sustained performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of proven experience in Management Consulting, Business Planning, Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, or related roles.
- HR Management, Human Capital Consulting, or People Operations experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding results in developing executive-level presentations and managing human capital strategy, change initiatives, and execution plans.
- Proven experience crafting compelling narratives and storytelling, communicating complex initiatives or transformations to diverse senior audiences.
- Ability to synthesize internal data, external market research and trends, and competitor benchmarks into concise presentations that drive data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and leadership, collaborating with client groups to solve business issues with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and adjust to evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with a focus on impactful follow-through and demonstrated business impact.
- Success working within a large, highly matrixed, and dispersed organization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional PowerPoint abilities.
- Exceptional level of professionalism with proven ability to manage sensitive, company and employee confidential information, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
